Concept drawings, renderings, shop drawings, and engineered calculations are available services under the direction of a licensed engineering contractor and registered civil engineer. A custom design will consider the structural elements supporting the beautification.
To the landscaper, owner, or agency, custom design means greater root volume and larger plants. The weight of mature plants, wet soil, and decorative finishes on the box will be evaluated and the supporting elements analyzed for stress capacity. If required, irrigation and lighting systems can be incorporated into the design. Dramatic backlighting or up-lighting can be more impressive at night than daytime foilage.
